After many weekends of terrible weather and cancelled games we finally had some lovely weather to watch our youth teams play. We love hearing about how our youth teams got on and here are a selection of matches from our Mixed and Girls sections.

U8 Lionesses continue their progress in the cup, through to the Quarter finals.

U11 Tigers played against Finchampstead in a tough match. Considering the team hadn’t played since 25th Jan, they played really good and classy footy against an equally good side. Weather was perfect today as was the result.

U12 Jaguars faced a Rotherfield side that up until Christmas had been playing in the league above. A close fought first half ended 1-1, with Jags equalising just before the break. We came out for the second with the confidence to kick on and added 2 more goals (all 3 from today’s Captain, Danny) to run out 3-1 winners.
Proper team performance and a well deserved 3 points.

U12 Girls with a stunning 4-2 win against Windsor and Eton on Saturday. ?

U14 Jaguars are through to the EBFA Trophy semi-final with a 2-0 over Shinfield. Goals from Josh x2 and assists from Jacob and Ben. PoTM Ollie our Goalkeeper.

U14 Girls had a magnificent 3-1 win against Tilehurst Panthers Cobras .
Well done team

U15 Tigers with a 1-0 win against Whiteknights Tigers. Dominated the first half and hit inside of the post direct from a corner. Second half more even and gk kept us in it with an outstanding save when all watching thought it was in. Winner was a towering header from a corner and then some solid defending to see the game out.
The team are 9 games unbeaten now, well done.

U17 Tigers finally played a game in 2025.... talk about rusty.... they went down 1-0 in the first 35seconds but came back strong with great performances all over the pitch to secure a 1-1 draw vs familiar rivals Winnersh Rangers.
